- In-house design and various cutting-edge technologies were run together into production of LED tunnel lamps.
- Superconducting aluminum alloy was used to produce main components of lamp body. Special process technology allowed us to achieve good results, i.e. good heat dissipation, good shock resistance and good corrosion resistance.
- Slow light attenuation: 3-10% of LED lamp light attenuation during heat dissipation under good condition for the 10 000 hours and 30% of light attenuation for the first 50 000 hours is to be considered as normal attenuation, that much less than most of ordinary light sources that used for tunnel illumination.
- High value of CRI: ordinary LED chip CRI value is in range 70-80. To increase this value, it should be used RGB luminescent material. High-pressure sodium vapor lamp CRI value is in range 20-35. Low-pressure sodium vapor lamp CRI value even less than high-pressure sodium vapor lamp. In spite of the fact that traditional Incandescent bulbs are brighter than LED lamps, but visual efficiency of traditional bulbs is much worse. Not every bright, but everything can be seen clearly this is the progress trend of LED light source.
- Using highly transparent optical lens allowed us to increase light source brightness, as well as to ensure good luminous flux, and gave us a highly efficient light distribution technology.
- Environment pollution protection: our lamps have cold light source design with no flickering, with no radiation and harmless to skin or eyes. LED lamps do not contain lead, mercury or other toxic substances, realizing a plan of green environment and energy saving.
